Ingredients
- 1 C all purpose flour
- 1 c quick cooking oats
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 6 TBLS butter
- 6 TBLS canola oil
- 3/4 c white sugar - I use half sugar & half splenda
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c dried apricots, diced - any dried fruit will work here
