Ingredients
- ⢠1lb (500g) meat or fowl or such like. I used ordinary lean mince meat.
- ⢠1 Tbs olive oil. You donât need this if your meat is fatty. The mince I used was very lean.
- ⢠1 small head of cabbage, read would be nice but didnât have any, sliced thin.
- ⢠¼ cup of Portagee sausage, chopped. Could sub smoked bacon, etc.
- ⢠1 tsp Worstashire sauce, optional but neat.
- ⢠2 medium or 1 large onion, chopped.
- ⢠1 large clove of garlic, chopped fine, ± to taste.
- ⢠1 Tbs oil from the smoked bell pepper jar. Can sub a very small bell pepper, chopped.
- ⢠2 fresh mushrooms, sliced thin.
- ⢠1 tsp basil.
- ⢠½ - 1 tsp prepared Dijon mustard, optional but a nice tang.
- ⢠1 tsp paprika
- ⢠1 tsp dried oregano
- ⢠½ tsp cumin.
- ⢠1 Tbs oyster sauce, to taste, not all oyster sauce is created equal.
- ⢠1 Tbs flour
- ⢠6 Tbs water
