- 1 C sugar (can be reduced to 3/4 C)
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- pinch of cloves
- 2 C applesauce
- 1/2 C butter or margarine, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 C plus 2 Tbl. oats
- 1 C raisins
