• 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp pepper sauce
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tbs cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
• 3 tbs freshly grated parmigiano-Reggiano
• Smoked Mushrooms:
• 1 lb button mushrooms, stemmed, wiped clean and quartered
• 2 tbs olive oil
• 2 tbs creole seasoning
