- 1 (11 oz.) coffee-mate
- 1 box Carnation instant non-fat dry milk (makes 8 qt)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- dehydrated marshmallows (optional)
Description
I Usually Make This, Put It In A Medium Size Decorative Jar, Attach A Copy Of The Recipe, And Hand It Out As Gifts. I Put About 2 Tablespoons Of Dehydrated Marshmallows In The Jar As Well.
