Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 3/4 cup fruit juice or water (I used cranberry-grape cocktail)
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 4 oz raisins
  • 2 oz dried cranberries
  • 1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 over-ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
