• 1/2 onion (chopped)

• 1/2 lb. ground beef (or any meat of your choice!)
• 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 1/2 cup frozen corn
• 6 potatoes (cut in squares)
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1 Tbsp Smart Balance (or butter)
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
