Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce (wheat-free)
- 3 tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp. honey
- juice of one large lime, or 1 small lime and half a lemon
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced
- 2-3 slices ginger, minced

I Made This Sauce For Some Fresh Spring Rolls. I Cannot Eat Sugar Or Wheat, So This Was A Wonderful Substitute For Hoisen Sauce, Which Was Recommended To Me As A Dipping Sauce For Egg Or Spring Rolls. It's Fabulous, And Everyone I've Served It To Has Bee
