Ingredients
- 1/2 kg potatoes
- 2 slices white bread, medium size
- 1 medium onion, peeled and quartered
- 2-3 green chillies chopped
- 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled
- A small bunch of green coriander leaves finely chopped
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp. roast cumin powder
- 1 cup of oil for shallow frying
