Aloo Tikki Or Potato Chop Recipe


  • 1/2 kg potatoes
  • 2 slices white bread, medium size
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and quartered
  • 2-3 green chillies chopped
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled
  • A small bunch of green coriander leaves finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp. roast cumin powder
  • 1 cup of oil for shallow frying
