- 1 1/8 tsp black pepper, divided
- 6 lbs pork baby back ribs
- 1 3/4 cups ketchup
- 2 tbsp plus 1 tsp molasses
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp dark brown sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp mustard powder
- ***You can double this recipe for the sauce and store the extra in
- the frig for up to one month to brush on chicken or pork the mext
- time you grill
