Beef And Guinness Stout Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds beef, cubed
  • 1 pound bacon, cubed
  • 2 Tbls vegetable oil
  • 2 pounds of onions
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbls sugar
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • dried basil, to taste
  • dried parsley, to taste
  • 2 Tbls butter or margarine
  • 4 Tbls flour
  • 2 bottle Guinness stout + just buy a 6 pack …4 for the cook!
  • 2 Tbls cider vinegar
