- 2 pounds of onions
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbls sugar
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- dried basil, to taste
- dried parsley, to taste
- 2 Tbls butter or margarine
- 4 Tbls flour
- 2 bottle Guinness stout + just buy a 6 pack â¦4 for the cook!
- 2 Tbls cider vinegar
