  • 1/2 cup mild molasses
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 x 1/4 oz active dry yeast
  • 2 cups unbleached flour
  • 4 1/2 cups unbleached flour (approx)
  • 2 tsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp cornmeal
