- 1 eight ounce can crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 lime
- 2 small jalapeno peppers, trimmed, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1/2 small yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 T less sodium soy sauce
- 2 T dry white wine
- 1 T hoisin sauce
- 2 t grated fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 t cornstarch
- 4 tilapia fillets (thawed if frozen)
