Ingredients
- 1 tbl sake or rice wine
- 1/4 c tamari sauce or soy sauce
- 1 tbl green tea liquid
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbl mirin
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp minced ginger
- 1/4 c frozen or fresh peas
- 2 tbl brewed green tea leaves (I use genmai cha)
- 2 scallions chopped fine
- 2 tbl veg oil
- 2 cups cooked rice (day old is the best)
- 1 beaten egg (jumbo) or 2 small

The Dish Is Easy To Make And Great For Breakfast, As A Side Dish Or A Snack. This Goes Great With Eggrolls And Salmon Dishes.
