Tea Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tbl sake or rice wine
  • 1/4 c tamari sauce or soy sauce
  • 1 tbl green tea liquid
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbl mirin
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp minced ginger
  • 1/4 c frozen or fresh peas
  • 2 tbl brewed green tea leaves (I use genmai cha)
  • 2 scallions chopped fine
  • 2 tbl veg oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice (day old is the best)
  • 1 beaten egg (jumbo) or 2 small

Description

The Dish Is Easy To Make And Great For Breakfast, As A Side Dish Or A Snack. This Goes Great With Eggrolls And Salmon Dishes.
