Ingredients
- 2lbs beef steak(sirloin or better), sliced against the grain in thin strips
- 2T corn starch
- 3T peanut or olive oil
- 1/4-1t red pepper flakes
- 3 bell peppers, sliced in strips
- 4 green onions, sliced in 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 cups sugar snap peas(or sub broccoli florets or asparagus pieces)
- For pepper Marinade
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2T worcestershire sauce(we don't like soy sauce, but you can can sub 1/2 and 1/2, if desired)
- 2T rice vinegar
- 2T sake, Shaoxing, or dry white wine
- 1t fresh ground pepper
- kosher or sea salt
- For Pepper Sauce
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce or ketchup(I used Mexican spicy tomato sauce)
- 2T oyster sauce
- 2T honey
- 2T Chinese chili sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- dash of sesame oil(optional)
- 2t fresh ground pepper
- rice or soba noodles, cooked
