Ingredients
- 4 lb fruits in season (apple, pear, rhubarb, grape even citrus fruit such as tangerines left over from Christmas). rhubarb (2/3) and grape (1/3) seems especially good.
- I lb skinned and diced onions
- 2 lb demerara sugar
- 1 lb raisins
- 2 teaspns ground ginger
- 2 teaspns shop bought gerneral purpose curry powder
- 1.5 pints malt vinegar
