Ingredients
- 1 can of artichoke hearts in water
- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 3 T butter
- 2 T white wine or cooking wine
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 8 chicken tenders or 4 boneless-skinless breasts halved
- 4 slices of swiss cheese
- BRIE SAUCE-
- 1 C white wine or cooking wine
- 1 T minced garlic
- 2 tsp finely chopped red onion or shallots
- 2 C heavy cream
- 4 oz brie with rind removed, cubed
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- linguini or prefered pasta

This Is A Dish I Made Up For My MIL"S 70th Birthday Party, While Trying To Include Many Of Her (and My ) Favorite Things. Goes Very Well With My Green Olive-Garlic Bread.
