Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 12 tsp allspice
- 1 c sugar
- 2/3 c veg. oil
- 2 eggs, beaten or egg substitute equivalent
- 1 c milk, (may use soy, almond, or rice milk)
- 1 - 15 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained and placed on paper towel
- 1/4 c cinnamon
- 1/4 c sugar

I Found This Recipe In A Cookbook Years Ago. These Muffins Are Great To Serve With Breakfast Or On A Brunch Buffet. The Oranges And Spices Compliment Each Other Well.
