Apple Salsa Recipe


  • 2 small apples of choice (4 oz. each) peeled and cut in 1/2 inch cubes.
  • 1 medium red pepper diced
  • 2 T. finely minced red onion
  • 1 T. minced parsley
  • 1 T. honey
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • Dash of Tabasco and salt and pepper to taste


This Salsa Is Good Served With Seared Broiled Chicken--although - It's Good On A Lot Of Stuff!
