Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 4-6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 10 ounce package of frozen spinach, thawed and drained (You can use fresh spinach, but I didn't have any when I made this!)
• 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup grated provolone cheese
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
• Optional: bread crumbs and butter to make "crust" on top
