- 1/2 cup flour
- 2TB sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup fat-free egg substitute, or just use egg whites
- 1/4 cup fat free milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 large apples ( peeled, cored and coarsely grated) I use any apple in season.
- Top with powdered sugar, and butter
