  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 4 slices prosciutto -- 2 ounces, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices part skim milk mozzarella cheese -- 2 ounces, thinly sliced
  • 6 ounces spinach -- baby spinach, 1 bag 5-6 oz, prewashed
