• 1/4 Heaping Teaspoon cumin
• 1 Teaspoon Chipolte seasoning
• 1/2 Teaspoon oregano
• For the Sauce
• 3 Cups parmesan cheese
• 1 Tablespoon butter
• 1 Lb penne pasta noodles
• 1/2 Teasponn black pepper
• 1/4 Teaspoon red pepper
• 3/4 Teaspoon Chipolte seasoning
• 1 1/2 Teaspoon salt
• 1/4 Teaspoon Cayanne pepper
• 1/4 Teaspoon White pepper
• 7 cloves garlic - Crushed
• 1 QT heavy cream
• Optional - For the Sauce
• 4 Oz cream cheese
