- 1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
For the toppings:
- Grated sharp Cheddar
- Sour cream
- Sliced green onions (white and green parts)
