  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 5 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 2 sprigs thymes, leaves chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Chopped parsley leaves, for garnish
