  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 roasted turkey breast, sliced 1/4-inch thick (about 12 ounces total)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Dressed Tiny Tomatoes:

  • 1 cup red grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup yellow pear tomatoes, halved or quartered depending on size
  • 2 tablespoons chiffonade basil leaves
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper
