  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Filling & glaze:

  • 1/3 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips or 3 1/4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons light corn syrup
