  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chile oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
