- 1 tablespoon sliced scallion

Coconut Cream:
- 6 ounces heavy cream
- 6 ounces coconut milk
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut
Ahi Tuna:
- 12 ounces ahi tuna loin
- 12 Thai basil leaves
