Apple, Yogurt and Granola Parfaits with Cranberry Sauce


For the granola:
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup molasses
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup raisins
For the cranberry sauce:
1 cup fresh cranberries
juice of 1/2 lemon
sugar (2-4 tablespoons, to taste)
For the parfaits:
4 cups plain, nonfat yogurt
2 cups fresh, diced apples, (tossed in 2 Tbs. lemon juice)
8 tall parfait glasses
