Allen Susser's Pan-Roasted Red Snapper with Orange and Mango Salsa

Ingredients

For the salsa:
1 large orange, peeled, segmented and diced
1/2 large mango,peeled, pitted and diced
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/2 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1 pinch kosher salt
1 dash freshly ground black pepper
For the fish:
2 6-ounce red snapper fillets
1 pinch kosher salt
1 dash freshly ground black pepper
2 1/4 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 clove garlic,minced
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 tablespoon chopped, fresh cilantro
