  11. 1 cup dry white wine
  12. One 28-ounce can whole peeled tomatoes, chopped and juices reserved
  13. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  14. 2 marjoram sprigs, plus 1 tablespoon chopped marjoram leaves
