3. 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4. 4 firm, ripe peaches—halved, pitted and sliced 1/2 inch thick
5. 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
6. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
7. 1 cup heavy cream
