Ingredients

  1. 3 quarts chicken stock, boiled down to 9 cups
  2. 2/3 cup rice
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  4. 1/4 cup lemon juice, from about 2 lemons
  5. 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or dill
  6. 1/4 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
  7. 4 eggs
