  2. 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  3. 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  4. Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  5. 1/2 cup coarsely chopped chervil
  6. 1/2 cup coarsely chopped chives
  7. 1/2 cup coarsely chopped mint
  8. 1/2 cup coarsely chopped parsley
  9. 2 ounces Parmesan cheese, thinly shaved
  10. Truffle oil (optional)
