  10. 1 small yellow onion, minced
  11. 1 red onion, cut into thick slices
  12. 1 red bell pepper
  13. 1 yellow bell pepper
  14. 1/2 pound pencil-thin asparagus, cut into 1-inch lengths
  15. 1 tablespoon canola oil
  16. Salt
  17. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
