  1. 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  2. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  3. 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
  4. 1/2 cup unsulphured molasses
  5. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  6. 2 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  7. 2 tablespoons honey
  8. 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  9. 1 teaspoon curry powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  11. 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  12. 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  13. 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns

SALMON

  1. 1 skinless, boneless side of salmon (about 3 pounds)
  2. 1/2 cup long-grain white rice
  3. 1/4 cup loose black tea
  4. 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
