- 2/3 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 2/3 cup ground almonds (about 3 1/2 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons white rum
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
