  2. 1 cup plus 2 1/2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar, plus more for dusting
  3. 2 large egg whites
  4. Fleur de sel (French sea salt)

CREAM

  1. 3/4 cup Devon clotted cream (one 6-ounce bottle) or crme frache
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  3. 3/4 cup heavy cream
