- 3/4cup cake flour
- 1/4cup semolina
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4teaspoon salt
- 4 large egg whites (1/2 cup)
- 1/4cup seedless raspberry preserves
- Confectioners' sugar and fresh raspberries, for serving
