- 6 cups blueberries (2 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon potato starch or cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar (see Note)
