Ingredients

  1. 2 pounds tart apples (about 6), peeled and thinly sliced
  2. 3/4 cup finely chopped fresh pineapple
  3. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  6. 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  7. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  8. 1 tablespoon milk
  9. 1 tablespoon sugar
