Warm Feta with Sauteed Greens

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 pound feta cheese, sliced 3/4 inch thick
  2. 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  3. 2 teaspoons oregano leaves
  4. 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  5. 1/4 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  6. 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  7. 2 pounds cooking greens, such as kale, Swiss chard or beet greens, stemmed and coarsely chopped
  8. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  9. Assorted olives and crusty bread, for serving
