  2. 3/4 pound fresh thin asparagus stalks, trimmed and blanched
  3. 1/2 pound fresh morels
  4. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  5. 1 tablespoon butter
  6. 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  7. 2 cups Arborio rice
  8. 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  9. 1 tablespoon minced fresh Italian parsley
  10. Salt and freshly ground white pepper
