Ingredients

  1. 1 garlic clove, halved
  2. 1 cup Sauvignon Blanc
  3. 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  4. 3/4 pound rindless Emmentaler, Gruyre, Beaufort, Comt and Appenzeller, coarsely shredded
  5. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  6. Salt and freshly ground pepper
