    • 12 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate, chopped
    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    • 2 tablespoons dark rum

    • 1 cup unsweetened wide-shred coconut (coconut chips),* lightly toasted
