    • All purpose flour
    • 1 cup (packed) coarsely grated whole-milk mozzarella cheese
    • 3 tablespoons coarsely grated Parmesan cheese

    • 4 thin slices prosciutto, sliced crosswise into thin strips
    • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
    • Balsamic vinegar
