• 1/3 cup oriental sesame oil
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 3 hard-boiled eggs; 2 thinly sliced, 1 chopped for garnish
• 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
