Ingredients

    Topping

    • 3 small red-fleshed papayas, halved, peeled, seeded, cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch-thick slices
    • 2 kiwis, peeled, cut into 1/4-inch-thick rounds
    • 1 large ripe mango, halved, pitted, peeled, diced
    • 2 passion fruits, halved (optional)
