    • 6 tablespoons all purpose flour
    • 2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) unsalted butter
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Topping
    • 6 blood oranges or small navel oranges
    • 1/2 cup apricot preserves, melted, strained
    • 2 teaspoons grenadine (optional)
